RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Customers have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, please contact us via email for a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization).  Product must be unused and in its original unopened, undamaged, resalable packaging. Returns will be inspected upon arrival.  Refunds will be processed back to the original payment form within 5 business days.  Shipping costs ($9.99) are non refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.  Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  Please contact support@grandslamreel.com for any additional questions or concerns.
